A distinct departure from the current surge of hair cut bands (but with good hair all the same), AutumnRed draw inspiration from early innovators including Pink Floyd and the Velvet Underground. See-sawing between that golden-era and the later driven guitar sound of the Smashing Pumpkins and U2, AutumnRed's style is something of a bastard child from a veritable rich gene pool of talent.

Original members Lloyd Williams, James Drohan and Mikey Foulerton, gained reputation as spontaneous performers of their increasingly energetic and captivating songs. With emotion and energy spilling from the stage, the eclectic mix of dedicated fans are testament to the scope and power of their appeal. Having shared stages with Martin Greetch, and Sara Jay of Massive Attack, AutumnRed are steadily gaining recognition in and amongst the best the alternative UK music scene has to offer.

However, the years have proven a testing and unpredictable journey for the band, with various major setbacks due to illness hindering progress in 2006. After this quiet period, AutumnRed welcomed onboard Alex McCreedie to help put the wind back in the sails. With a reshuffle of band duties, AutumnRed turn foursome and enter a new chapter with the long awaited debut release scheduled for 2007. Thanks for your patience!

We wish to thank everybody who has been involved in any way with the band, and special thanks goes to all our fantastic friends and fans this side of success. You make it worth all the effort. x
